For custom orders, feel free to contact Z&D Creationz with your specific requirements. Our artisans will work closely with you to create a unique piece tailored to your preferences.

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds (unless items arrive broken, then you will have 24hrs to report it to us via email) with pictures and/ or videos as proof.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We welcome exchanges but you will have to Pay for your return label.

EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 2 business days of your items being delivered.

If your items are returned to us due to an INCORRECT ADDRESS, you will have to pay for another shipping label. NO REFUNDS.
